Work step handling

Stress avoidance through interactive worker guidance

What support can employees be given in view of the accumulation of stress-related absences from work? And how can the employee always work error-free despite high complexity? ELABO provides an answer to these questions in the context of work step handling. Even less qualified or retrained employees are enabled to complete their tasks stress-free, at the first attempt and 100% in line with quality standards. This is an enormous competitive advantage, especially when producing small series with a high level of variance.

Relief of the employee through supporting software

This is achieved by means of the in-house factory software Elution®, which offers the possibility of a worker guidance. This so-called individual digital assistance (idA) assists the employee depending on the respective skills and level of knowledge and guides him through (complicated) work processes step by step. Due to the product-independent and flexible application possibilities, the idA enables a significant reduction of the error and complaint rate with a simultaneous relief of the employee. This is especially useful in view of the increasing number of psychologically caused absences.
ELABO solutions thus increase flexibility on the shop floor, as employees can be deployed flexibly and independently of their skills. In addition, they ensure that the highest level of quality and productivity can be achieved and that employees are always stress-free and motivated. The possibility to work independently after only a short training period and quickly noticeable successes also ensure fun at work.
