This so-called individual digital assistance (idA) assists the employee depending on the respective skills and level of knowledge and guides him through (complicated) work processes step by step. Due to the product-independent and flexible application possibilities, the idA enables a significant reduction of the error and complaint rate with a simultaneous relief of the employee. This is especially useful in view of the increasing number of psychologically caused absences.
