Automotive Testing Expo in Stuttgart

ELABO presents innovative (partially) automated testing systems including elution software

Together with TEKON Prüftechnik GmbH, ELABO will be exhibiting again this year at Automotive Testing Expo, the leading international trade fair for all aspects of automotive testing, development and validation technologies.

This year, ELABO will present a modular test system to visitors, which can be customised based on the possible combination of manual workstations and (partially) automated test stations.
The concentricity system will be demonstrated using an HV connector for the automotive industry. The workpiece first passes through a placement and assembly workstation including individual digital assistance. Subsequently, a safety test is carried out according to VDE specifications. A particular highlight of the system is the test cell with a Mitsubishi robot. This automatically carries out a vision, touch and rotary selector test and contacts independently. This automated and multifunctional test meets the highest standards and ensures consistent documentation of the test results.

In addition, ELABO presents a mobile test system on which a function and safety test can be carried out. In addition to a high-voltage, protective conductor and insulation resistance test, current, voltage and power tests are also carried out. The elution software is used to parameterise measured values and save measurement results. In addition, the elution software guides the user through the test sequence by means of a worker's guide.

Until 23 June, you will find ELABO together with TEKON at stand 8306.
