Start of training 2022

Four young people start their training at ELABO

As every year at the beginning of September, young people started their training at ELABO in 2022. As usual, the training started with a round of getting to know each other and information, a guided tour through the company and a joint lunch with those responsible for training.

New this year: training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for application development. Everything to do with software, the development of device drivers, the implementation of network protocols and the expansion of the ELABO elution software are on the agenda for our trainee over the next three years.

In addition, two electronics technicians for industrial engineering and one industrial clerk started their training. They, too, have exciting tasks ahead of them in the next three to three and a half years.

Reasons for an apprenticeship at ELABO

At ELABO, we attach great importance to the personal development of our trainees. In a comprehensive support programme, we therefore already discuss during the apprenticeship, for example, how they can continue at ELABO, e.g. with a higher education degree. At ELABO, apprentices benefit from an above-average rate of employment.

All trainees at ELABO are also allowed to work independently and contribute their own ideas. They receive individual support from our training managers and the contact persons in the respective departments, which they pass through one after the other.

In addition, trainees at ELABO benefit from many benefits right from the start, such as subsidies for lunch in our canteen, a job bike, trainee excursions and much more.

The entire ELABO team would like to extend a warm welcome to the new trainees.
