ELABO / Innovation drive continues in 2003.
Industry highlights from Elabo.
Crailsheim-based company presents latest innovations at the Hannover Messe industrial fair. "Innovations as before" is ELABO's response to the economic gloom in which industry currently finds itself engulfed. 2003 is no exception, as this specialist for technical workstation systems is once again presenting genuine innovations at this year's industrial fair in Hanover.
CRAILSHEIM. There is a pleasant absence of this sense of gloom at ELABO. Moreover, this Crailsheim-based company is showcasing the results of ongoing further development of workstation system components already established on the market. New product lines will also receive their first official airing at the fair.
This includes the consistently further advanced assembly workstations "Elabo TaMas" for the freely configurable 3D grasp space. Sequences can be optimised, distances shortened and also designed in such a way as to prevent physical signs of fatigue. This is an intelligent modular system, which - depending on the particular task at hand - can be configured by the user himself. TaMas is the byword for split-second changeover, regardless of whether this is the workstation height or the grasp space configuration. Elabo will be using the trade fair to showcase new system components and a new electrically powered height adjustment system. A further highlight will be the Elabo TaCom process control workstations, which act as the interface between man and the machine/system. Elabo will also be presenting a three-wing angled processing workstation - Elabo TaCom V. This workstation constitutes an optimised development for three-shift 24-hour operation.
The Elabo TaMo mobile systems will also be celebrating their premiere in Hanover. TaMo stands for maximum mobility and that's not just on wheels, but an innovation that is open for all mobile fields of application. The outer design is governed by the particular task it is required to perform. It is possible to integrate devices, compartment floors, holders for loudspeakers and cable reels, drawer units, lines and power supplies. TaLog's versatility still knows no bounds.
In Hanover, ELABO will also be displaying its all-new 'InForm' C-foot supporting frame. This frame is equipped with an electrically powered work surface height adjuster for workstations designed both for seated and standing operation. This ensures an optimum degree of legroom.
The fourth innovation is the new device range Elabo TaQua "I", where the letter "I" stands for "Integrated" test module. Monitoring and test devices have been developed for installation in commercially available switch cabinets. The cost-efficient solution for specialised mechanical engineering.
The experts from ELABO are already eagerly looking forward to showing off their latest innovations to the visitors to the fair.
