Endurance Test System supplied to the customer
Recently a networked, mobile endurance test system was designed and developed for a renowned manufacturer of electric power tools. The System is suitable for flexible random tests at different hand-guided electric power tools.
Modular test mobiles
The system consists of four modular test mobiles with a weight of 400kg per mobile. Each mobile carries three different electric power tools which can be tested independently. The mobile endues of shock absorption so that the tested power tools and the integrated control cabinet is bedded vibrant. An integrated computer system serves for data recording, calculation and monitoring of relevant test parameters. Windows XP Professional is used as operating system. Matched to the large spectrum of different type of machines, the system executes variable generated test plans. The respective machines are exposed to special load profiles. At the end of the test run a detailed chart about the capability of the machine is available. During the test sequence measuring values are recorded in 100 ms cycles. At the same time digital signals are set in order to activate and test the switch on function or the restart protection.
Host Computer
A host computer allows central data recording and monitoring of all test sequences. The specially designed Software package provides a central maintenance of all test plans and visualises the system status. A direct connection to the installed QA-data recording tool completes the system and allows a continuous processing of all relevant QA-data
