Hanover industries fair with Interkama from 19 - 24 April 2004 !
International world trade fair for industry with participation by the company ELABO GmbH from Crailsheim, Germany.
The Hanover industries fair, a show comprising seven international trade fairs, will this year again provide the international forum for industry to present innovative solutions and future-oriented technologies. Due to restructuring within the individual trade fairs, this year, the company ELABO GmbH will be staging its presentation in the "Interkama" area of hall 6 - stand C16.
This year, the "Interkama" - the international trade fair for process automation - will be providing the platform for the main ELABO topic of "TaCom": control and instrument panels for process control and process visualisation. Special workstations from the modular system "TaCom" that cater to the specific needs of the process industry. Technically uncompromising integration of all the necessary components taking account of the ergonomic requirements of gripping and visual ranges: control and display elements, computers, visualisation modules such as TFT, CRT monitors and touch-panels, controllers, radio and P.A. systems, UPSs and other technical elements. Housed safely and yet easy to maintain inside the electronics switch cabinet "TecSafe", or readily accessible inside the upper console area. Needless to say, all the system components are designed to withstand the rigours of 24h continuous operation.
Besides the main topic of "TaCom", at the fair, ELABO will also be presenting exhibits from its entire product portfolio.
For example, the "TestSysteme" department will be exhibiting individual components covering a wide range of function and safety-related tests, including sophisticated test systems for quality control and quality assurance. The presentation of the new ELABO high-voltage device generation will provide a special highlight during the fair. Furthermore, a universally configurable inspection and test cell will be on display, which, thanks to its modular design, can be integrated into existing assembly lines.
With "TaMas", ELABO will be presenting an economical assembly system for the fields of production, disassembly and assembly. Ergonomic assembly workstations in manual interlocking systems using roller conveyers will be on show at the fair. An assembly island with a built-in function and safety test facility, where the assembly and test cells are equipped with inserted interlocking modules for parts transfer.(?)
Thanks to its modular design, the mobile device and material carrier "TaMo" can be configured for all industrial applications: trays, troughs, drawers, keyboard extensions, supporting rails for grab trays, perforated sheet walls and mounting rails for multiple socket outlets are all available from the standard product range. All in four basic heights and three basic widths. The outstanding versatility of "TaMo" will be demonstrated by the variants on display.
The laboratory and developer workstations "InForm", including an exhibit from the extensive 19" plug-in cassette range, will be on show in a wide range of versions. Modular design, versatility and extendible at all times are the key features of the InForm system. The range of tasks defines the equipment configuration of the respective workstations. 19"-compatible plug-in units for fuse protection, outlets, AC and DC power supply units in addition to measuring and test systems with a new look go to emphasize the professional side of the equipment.
