Programming stations for high-volume production runs

In addition to designing and manufacturing test systems, for some years now the firm ELABO has also been producing systems for programming equipment control systems.

In future, an internationally established manufacturer of domestic appliances will be making use of ELABO's wealth of experience in this field to program the necessary software modules into the electronic systems at all its national and international production sites. The programming systems will be networked with a central server to ensure the reliable supply of the necessary files to the process. This will happen "just in time", at precisely the moment when the variant is created in the refrigerator assembly process.

After the flashing process the verification of the programmed data is followed by the generation of a system label. Only then are the systems cleared for final assembly.
A computer-controlled information system additionally gives the worker the necessary instructions to carry out correct assembly.
